Pragati Foundation is working for the last 3 years on issues like 'Poor children education, Poor family medical, Woman empowerment, Senior citizen welfare, Physically challenged people, Poor people progress, Cultural events and sports, Scheduled tribes welfare'. We believe that all these are crucially linked and contribute towards overall fabric of our society.

Late Jasubhai Shah was a Social Worker, He was serving to the poor people. He performed as a Religious Worker, Trustee for the School, Temple and Hospital. Mr.Kausshik Shah admires his father who stimulates him and wanted to work as on his father's footsteps.
Mr.Kausshik Shah is a social worker and a passion to work for society. With the realization of problems faced by senior citizens, small children and women he has decided to start the Pragati Foundation.
According to him, there are places in this city where people are living the very good life but for others who are not in a good condition, they are helpless to do to something it is important to provide them home care.
He also aims to establish well-equipped hostels to help the community in general and the weaker sections of the society in particular.
As a President of the Pragati Foundation, Mr Kausshik Shah has been responsible for showing the right direction towards the NGO's growth.
He has also engaged in running of various charitable activities in Mumbai and Gujarat The Jain Welfare Center in Mumbai Late Shri Kumudrai Shah – to give various free medical treatment for the underprivileged.
The Welfare Trust of Gujarat was established in the memory of Late Shri Navinbhai Shah – to give free boarding and lodging services for the needy.

We believe that every human being has the right to have good health care. Our HIV/AIDS campaign is one of the major efforts in this direction. Our aim is to provides good home care and covers all the basic healthcare facilities.
We work to address violence against women and girls, help women to step up to leadership roles in their communities and local government, and empower women economically through the formation of self-help groups and entrepreneurial initiatives.
Pragati Foundation working at the grassroot level to ensure that every child should receive academic and material support. Our Volunteers regularly monitors to ensure that quality education is been imparted to every child.
